900ss -> Disable NDR to internet (2.Nov.2004 6:40:00 PM)

Hi

I want to disable sending NDRs to the internet but have them sent to a local postmaster mailbox. I can see how to disable NDRs altogether but not how to disable them to the internet. I think E5.5 did this with "Disable automatic replies to the internet". Any ideas?

Thanks

This is done under Global Settings > Internet Message Formats > Properties of Default > Avanced tab in the System Manager.

just to expand on that a bit it is the sender filtering check mark in the Do not accept messages from blank sender and then to either drop the conection or do not notify sender of acceptance or delivery (or something like that) and then go take properties on the smtp VS and next to where it says "all ip addresses" on the general tab select advanced then edit and put check mark in the apply sender filtering

Thanks for your help. I thought from reading other articles that the settings under "Global Settings > Internet Message Formats > Properties of Default > Avanced " would disable NDR within the organisation as well as replies to the internet. But it works exactly as I wanted.
