I have several users in the same exchange server.
For some of them it is not allowed to send external email.
So i gave the external email users a external email adres(user@domain.nl).
The others only a internal adres (user@domain.local)
Now is the problem dat only the external email users can access the OWA, the other(internal ones) get a : 'Error: Access is Denied.'
I want all the users to get access to the owa, so they can email to each other.

That's right.
I think this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;293386 explains why your removal of the persons email address makes it fall over.
If you want to prevent people sending or receiving from the Internet then you need to do this: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF009.html
