Does anyone run into problem with OWA on windows XP with SP2?
After installing this service pack, user can no longer access OWA. Even turn off MS Popup feature or allow site in Popup.
The message user received "after click on the yellow error icon on the bottom left of the screen" was "line 19, char 31, error can't execute code from freed script"

Yes this is a known issue, please see:

And Messageware's excellent White paper, which can be downloaded from below link:

I've installed SP2 on my notebook and I'm not having any problems connecting to OWA sites which are running on Exchange 5.5 and 2003 on SSL and without SSL
Are there any messages in the IIS log ?

I'm have the same problem except I don't get any error messages. Has anyone else came across this problem. OWA is pretty useless to me if I can't access anything from the left navbar/folder list. It just shows up as a blank section.

Try disabling the local firewall on the XP system. This gets enabled by default when you install SP2.

Any other suggestions? The problem we're having is that OWA won't even completly load. The left side nav pane will, but not the actual reading pane. It just says "loading". Nothing has worked so far. We've followed all the KB articles and the article from messageware.com. We even disabled popup blocking entirely to see if that would work and no dice. It seems to be a java problem. We tracked it down to the .js extensions as being the problem. They are not loading as they should. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try following:

Troubleshooting OWA when the contents frame displays ôLoadingö

And did you install below HotFix:
