We want to allow access to our exchange server (via OWA) via our company website. is there a user guide on how to set this up?

In Exchange 2003 OWA is enabled by default, but it's a good idea to implement SSL see:

SSL Enabling OWA 2003 using your own Certificate Authority

Also remember to open port 80 (or 443 if using SSL) in your firewall/router plus create a record on an external DNS server (typically your ISP's) so that you can access OWA by typing:

https://mail.domain.com/exchange

instead of:

https://ip_address/exchange
