When the user from Paris having mailbox in Paris Exchange Server trying to access their mails through OWA getting the following error.

We created the test user in Paris Exchange Server and tried to access the mail from the London Network through OWA getting the same error as follows.

We are using Exchange 2003 and Windows 2003 as Backend and Front End server in London and additional Backend server is Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 deployed in Paris.

My first step in a similar situation was to ensure that the Frontend server could authenticate to the backend that hosts the mail store.

If you are unable to ping or nslookup the backend server from the frontend by DNS name, then you won't be able to get to the backend mail store.

Good luck!
