Newbie question... I'm trying to configure Exchange on an SBS 2003. For complicated reasons, I need to configure one of the users in a different way from the others. Email sent from any user to the one special user needs to go to an internet email address rather than the Exchange email address. I've tried deleting his Exchange email address in the user's Properties dialog, but it keeps coming back. Any ideas please? Paul

Create a new Contact in AD with the users external e-mail address. You can then set this contact as a forwarding address for the user in AD under Exchange General > Delivery Options > Forwarding Address. Exchange will then automatically forward any e-mail sent to this users e-mail address to his external address.
