In EX5.5, I would like all e-mail that hits my Exchange server, if no account exists to forward/pass the email to a seperate server.

Are you talking about another server in the same domain or different domain? If you have an Exchange server that has no mailboxes then set it up as a bridgehead and it should autoforward to the correct server.
