Can anyone tell me the firewall ports required to enable OWA.

Open port 25 (SMTP) and port 80,  443 (SSL) only from the Internet to your Exchange server
you should not be using OWA without SSL,

Thanks for the quick response.  Do I need to open up any additional firewall ports if I intend to run a CA on the server itself?

It is advisable to open port 80 (TCP) pointing to the IIS server where the CA is installed, as the Certificate Revocation List is often obtained by clients machines via non-SSL. (http://your-fqdn-or-ip/CertEnrol)
