G'day

I've just started as a Systems Admin at a company that uses Exchange 2000 (an email server I have little to no experience with). What is the best/simplest way to email all user accounts with mailboxes (I'll be using email to notify staff of any system issues they need to be aware of)?

Currently I've just created a list of addresses on my email client that I can send to, but ideally, I'd like a solution that automatically updates when new users are added or removed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi there,

At the root of the domain (using MMC), I created a distribution list called 'all' that searches for all enabled mailboxes.
The distribution lists are dynamic, so they will refresh with every use.

Thanks for that.
I'll get right on it once I fix the exchange partition is running out of space problem (one of the problems with being the first Sys Admin employed by a growing business is that their infrastructure is almost always in a shambles).
