Status: offline 		Exchange quota Service does not start and if i do start manually it shuts off with the following error:

Faulting application QuotaService.EXE, version 1.0.1.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

anyhelp is appreciated !
