Hello, I hope I am not asking a question there is already an answer to as I have looked all over and wasn't able to find anything that works yet. When I attempt to open a collegues calendar to look at his appointments I am able to do so, but I cannot create new appointments or open/change existing ones. The error message I get is: "Can't open this item. Unable to open the free/busy information." I have tried the "outlook.exe /freecleanbusy" command but that did not fix the issue. I do have administrative rights on the server so if there is something on that I need to change I am able to. My machine is running Outlook 2000 and my collegues machine is running Outlook 2003, this never used to happen. What do I need to do? Thanks! -Regan
