I've set up a calendar in Public Folders, so that when someone adds a new item to the calendar, the item is forwarded to a goup of users. I've also tried adding contacts with emails outside our organization to that group, but they will not recieve the forwarded item. A user can manually forward the item from their inbox to an external email address, but it will not do it automatically.
Does anybody know how I can have a new item on the calendar be sent to an external address, such as a gmail or hotmail account?
