Do you have to do a complete re-install to upgrade to Exchange Enterprise from Exchange Standard version?

Hi

No.  Just make sure you have a good backup.  Run the setup from the CD and it will upgrade your server.  Make sure you apply the same service pack afterwards.  Basically its replacing the binarys that allow for bigger databases.  I did it a few months ago and it was done in about an hour.  Get all you users of first
