I have the chance to buy a copy of Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 with 5 cals, I am running Server 2003 at the present time. Can any one tell me if Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 will work on Server 2003?

Is there any way to just install the Exchange 5.5 admin util on Win2003? Have tried a bodge route of coping the location of a current install, and copied across the DLLs as well, but surprise it doesn't work. There must be someway of installing just the Admin util on win2003.

Its possible if you install the Exchange 2003 Management Tools from an Exchange 2003 CD (try an Eval version if you don`t have one).
