Hello, I am junior support for exchange. Anybody can tell me how to test a open relay in exchange server or not? How to configure the access restrict by using open relay in Exchange server?

You can use this site:

In system manager, go to the properties for your SMTP virtual server, then go to the Access tab.  Click on the relay button, you should have "Only the list below" selected and no servers in that box except for any servers that you do want to be able to relay.  I am guessing none, so it should be blank.  The check box below, "Allow all computers which successfully authenticate to relay, regardless of the list above", should not be checked.

This configuration is to not allow any servers to relay.  Of course, if your setup and requirements are different then you will have to tweak these directions.
