Need a lot more information here. Exactly *when* are you getting this error? In System Manager or Exmerge or what? What is your deleted mailbox retention policy? Had the original mailbox been purged from the store? (If so, you'll probably have to do an alternate forest recovery, as Exmerge and the Mailbox Recovery in the SM will only work with restored boxes that already have matching legacyDSN within the store already.)
