I have a customer who we have now fully moved away from Exchange 5.5 to 2003 and I now wish to remove the server completely.
Its a 5.5 server sitting on an NT 4.0 BDC I have removed all of the mailboxes except the following.
Internet Mail Service (Server name)
System Attendant
DSAVHA_EMAIL001 (Network Associates Anti-Virus - MAilbox Agent
Microsoft Schedule+ Free/Busy Connector (Server name)
GroupShield Exchange (Server name)
Will the system complain at me when I unistall Exchange and will I have to remove the extra boxes first. If so which ones can I move to the 2003 server.
