IS+MTS wont start after reboot

Hi,
I really don't why but my information store service and MTA service don't start automatically after reboot the server, I need to login the server and start the service.
The only error I get in the event log :
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7001
Date:  20/10/2005
Time:  08:03:24
User:  N/A
Computer: JUPITER
Description:
The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service depends on the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service which failed to start because of the following error:
The operation completed successfully.

AND

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7001
Date:  20/10/2005
Time:  08:03:24
User:  N/A
Computer: JUPITER
Description:
The Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks service depends on the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service which failed to start because of the following error:
The operation completed successfully.

Any Idea?
I could not found any thing on the web.

So... has the System Attendant service started, or not?

the problem is not MTA or IS. As the errors say its with System attendant. How many DCs and global Catalogs are there? How many NICs (enabled/disabled) are there on the DCs and exchange? What error are you getting from MSExchangeSA on boot?
