Grrr, if it's not one thing it's another. Had problems getting Exchange installed, then the store wouldn't mount, now...
Just put a new Exchange 2003 sp1 server online. This is the third 2003 sp1 Exchange server in the Organization. All Exchange servers are in the same forest but different domains. I am unable to move mailboxes from either of the first two Exchange servers to the new server logged in as any of the domain admins. I did get it to work once by logging into the destination server as the admin for the mailbox domain I was moving, but then I was was unable to move it anywhere else after that. Event details are below.
