We have users that are disallowed outside email, but we setup a email enabled public folder named accountsreceivable for them email from. The accounts receivable email address is in my outside mail group to send mail outside the domain. When I try to send from the public folder it is still disallowed. Is there a way for the user to send outside the domain from the public folder yet not be allowed to send outside the domain with there own email address?

Thank you

You can try to use this third-party application:
