There's the problem:

DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 127.0.0.1
                                           192.168.2.57

It should read:
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.2.21 (assuming server is running DNS Server in Services.msc)

as clients will NOT be running DNS Server.
If  192.168.2.57  is your router then your DNS server 192.168.2.21 should have a forwarder set up to
forward to router ie 192.168.2.57.

SERVER SIDE.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 127.0.0.1 (wrong)
                                         192.168.2.57

Change the DNS Server Primary to point to an AD Integrated DNS. 192.168.2.21 in this case.

Ipconfig / Flush DNS
Ipconfig / Register DNS

Open the AD Integrated DNS and Create a Reverse lookup Zone corrosponding to the 192.168.2.XX.XX
Open the AD Integrated DNS and Create a PTR Record for the Exchange Server.

Stop and Start Netlogon Service
Stop and Start DNSServer Service
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ACTIVE DIRECTORY SITES and SERVICES

Ensure that the Site and the corrosponding subnet are populated correctly.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

EXCHANGE SERVER

Primary DNS : Point to the AD Integrated DNS on local IPSite (2.21)
Secondary DNS: Point to the AD Integrated DNS on any Remote Site (Else leave blank)

Ipconfig / FlushDNS and RegisterDNS

Dismount and Mount the Information Store
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now connect from Client and check for Name Resolution First. It should Work

If you go to active directory users and computers on the exchange server (from start ->programs->microsoft exchange) look for a user that has a mailbox and go to its properties. Check the email addresses tab and see if the email address is correct

A question about Active Directory sites and services.

Under Sites, dafault-first-site-name I cand find my server. Is that good.
Under subnets I found nothing????? Should it be like that?

What is a PTR record?

There should be at least one DC server and one subnet listed in AD Sites and Services.

A PTR record is the reverse of a Host (A) record so that you can do reverse lookups ie enter an IP address and get a host name in return. You have the option of creating PTR records when creating Host records.

Active directory sites and services shows you by default only one site (defaultFirstSiteName) and no subnets. You should see only your domain controllers under servers. In the case you have multiple physical locations, then you will need to create the sites and the various subnets associated with those sites. This allows all your computer to determine which site they belong to (according to their IP address) and they will connect to a local domain controller in that site.

hope that helps.

Finally it´s working.

Still there is one major problem. I have F-Secure Internetsecurity 2005 installed on clients. And i can´t get outlook to connect to exchange server when f-secure is installed. If I uninstall f-secure everything works fine.

Anyone with the same problem????

Make sure that you indicate that you local LAN is trusted.  F-Secure is blocking the RPC port.

And I also wanted to say

If your issue is resolved then you resolved your DNS issue with your workstations.  You indicated earlier that your workstations were taking a long time to log into the network.  This is a DNS issue.  The workstations' DNS settings should be pointing to your 2 DCs.  This will resolve your log on issues.

And actually, MS advises that the DNS servers point to themselves (127.0.0.1) for Primary DNS if they are the domain's DNS.  This was a normal config and although I did not see it posted here, I believe that the issue was that the workstations on this LAN had improper DNS settings on themselves and nothing was wrong with the servers.

I'm going to be quite mean here:  The problem is that you tried to install very complicated systems without having any background information or skills with networking, server management, or services.  Before trying to bring up an enterprise email system it is best if you get some books on the subject, read them, diagram and plan using the planning checklists available on Microsoft's website, and then carefully implement in a test environment before trying a production environment.

Someone who is installing an email server should *never* have to ask the question:  What is a PTR record?
