Ok here is the story.

I had two users we will call them Joe and Lisa.  At one point Lisa had delegation permissions to work with Joe's Calendar.  Lisa's account was deleted and her mailbox some time ago.  Now everytime someone sends Joe an Meeting request they get an undeliverable response saying that Lisa does not exist.

The tools option delegates on Joe's email box are completely cleared so I would assume that the issue is coming from settings from Lisa's mailbox but Lisa is now long gone.  How can I clear it up so this problem goes away.

Hi,
I've had this issue on our set up in the past, the only way I found to resolve this was to re-create the user mailbox (Lisa) and then re-add (Lisa) in (Joe's) delegates making sure the check box on Tools>Options>Delegates Untick the > 'send meeting requests only to my delegates and not to me' check box.  Test this out.... if it works just delete the mailbox for Lisa....
Long process I know... !! I'm sure there' must be something of a quicker way to complete this though! Good luck!
