wisam -> installation error 0x80072030 (18.Jan.2006 10:53:12 AM) hello there I have non-severe error occured during Exchange installation of additional server. it goes fine til the installation is about to finish it gave the following message : "setup failed while installing sub-component Microsoft Exchange Server-level Objects with error code 0x80072030 (please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). you may cancel the installation or try the failed step again" I can countine installing but what this error happens for and despite the after installing the first server into 'Gmills' admin group it was very fine  please I need a help

However, there are certain resolution i am keeping in mind Resolution 1: check for Exchange Domain Server and Exchange Enterprise Server Group (ADUC-- Users)  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/260914 Resolution 2:http://support.microsoft.com/?id=818470 Resolution 3: Run nltest /dsgetsite and check if this is the correct site name by verifying its the same on exchange server / DC If this isnt exchange could be taking the wrong site name into picture. You would have to goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Netlogon\Parameters] "SiteName"="Default-First-Site-Name" and make neccessary changes. Resolution 4: Rerun forestprep , followed by domainprep
