In trying to activate Instant Messaging on my Server (running Exchange Server 2000), I discovered that the Exchange System Manager doesn’t possess the Instant Messaging (RVP) Protocol in the physical server that hosts exchange. The only protocols present are HTTP, IMAP4, NNTP, POP3, SMTP and X.400.
How do I install this protocol?
