Hi

I am running exchange 2003 on a windows 2003 server.

The exchange server is used merely to store messages.  Each client has a pop account to retreieve messages and a smtp server via which to send mail

Users from the email domain, @abc.com can send messages to all domains except one @def.com.  The messages are getting stuck in the @def smtp queue in exchange.  The sender of the message is getting the following error "This message was rejected due to the current administrative policy by the destination server. Please retry at a later time. If that fails, contact your system administrator. <server.domain.com #4.3.2> "

The users from the @def domain can receive messages from any other domain.  The server does not have a blacklist to this domain.

It seems like if the messages are not leaving inside the domain.@abc.

What can I do to resolve this problem.

Thanks
