Please help! 

I have 10 users of Outlook 2003 who all get the same error message when trying to connect to their Exchange Accounts:

ERROR
Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004011D) : 'The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'

I have googled this to death - and have only come up with a microsoft article telling me to install office service pack 3.... except this doesn't work for Outlook 2003.... It only applies to Outlook 2002

Tearing my hair out here.  Anyone else have the same problem

Hi there,

I am getting exactly the same problem. Only happens on certain P.C's have roaming profiles in SBS2003. Did you get a fix? I've tried deinstalling/reinstall office - everything.
