Hi Zbnet..it just me Ex72 (Helen).  I could not wait for you guys to get back to me on resetting my password because I need some quick advice.  I had to reinstall Exchange again.  I logged into the PDC as local administrataor but this account also have domain administrator rights but I don't see the new account it should set up for Exchange which is "Exchange Domain Administrator".  Where am I doing wrong.

Are you saying the a/c does not exist or does not have Exchange Admin rights?
