Hi,

I have an Exchange 2000.  I would like to setup SSL for OWA.  I would like to know what is the advantage and disadvantage of using SSL  between Microsoft Certificate and outside Vendor?

If you use a Vendor, then your users will not need to install the certificate locally, because IE will already have heard of them.  If this is not a problem, then you can install your own - the SSL encryption will be just as good.
