I have 1 client who cannot recieve email from 2 external sources - the emails appear in the Failed Email Folder.

If I open the messages up I can read most of there content and they look ok.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this problem?  Or why it would happen?

TIA

Probably a terminology thing, but what's the "failed mail" folder and where is it?

On SBS 2003 its location is:

\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Networking\POP3\Failed Mail

It is used for storing POP3 mail that has failed delivery to an internal mailbox.  There is also "deliver undeliverable mail" which defaults to the administrator, but this failed one seems to be different!?

I've found one MS document on it but very little elsewhere.

Help still required!

OK, I'll stop you there. This has nothing to do with Exchange and I'm afraid I don't know enough about Small Business Server to point you in the right direction.
You would do well to post a (fuller this time !!) question into the SBS focussed group (there is now one on this forum)

So the POP3 connector has nothing to do with MS Exchange?
