Has anyone had any success adding mail-enabled contacts  into the active directory using programming techniques?

Correct me if I am wrong however 1.You cannot do this using LDAP commands
                                              2.  Certain microsoft objects need to be accessed to completed.

I guess this may be possible provided, we can acctually get all the required attributes, we are sitting on the exchange box or one of the DC's it reffers to since this cannot be possibel via a web interface or remote system that can directly create a contact.

I have seen in past a PHP program can create contacts in exchange but i have also seen issues with these contacts like the "LegacyExchangeDN" value missing.
