I've just set up Exchange with a 14 day deleted item recovery setting. All accounts have 120mb mailbox limits with warnings sent at 80mb - because the limit is quite low some users are archiving every week
Can someone please advise whether Exchange includes deleted items that are available for recovery but HAVE been cleared from the deleted items folder by the user when calculating the mailbox sizes? If so this could result in some confusion when users try to free up mailbox space
