We have some ways including 3rd party.

One way would be to have Lotus run IMAP protocol which can be configured in outlook and PST exproted.

3rd party i could find in google something that converts NFS to PST like the one below;

Lotus Notes to Outlook is a easy and nice tool for NSF to PST conversion. I converted many NSF files and the only thing to say that it takes some times to migrate all message and folders but it works good. Read and try this tool from here:- http://www.nsf-to-pst-****.****/

Lotus Notes and MS Outlook both are different email client used for emailing purposes. But both email client store emails in their database that are different and can not used by each other. So whenever the user requires their email client from Lotus Notes to MS Outlook that time NSF to PST conversion can be performed. To carry out the conversion process, download a free NSF to PST tool from the given below link: https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Lotus-Notes-to-Outlook-5592968f
