rs7879 -> Problem sending emails: 550 Requested action not taken: NUL characters are not allowed. (27.Mar.2006 6:50:49 PM)

Hi:

My company recently installed a new Exchange 5.5 SP4 server on a windows 2000 server with SP4.
It could send emails to most, if not all, major free email providers.
However, when it tries to send emails into domain that uses Symantec Mail Security 4.0 with Premium Anti-spam,
our emails are bounced and we got the following error:
550 Requested action not taken: NUL characters are not allowed.

After looking into the internet header from my company email to gmail.com, I have noticed that there are some special characters on the Received-SPF line, and I suspect this is the reason that emails could not be sent. Does anyone have solution/comment? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The email header is attached below.
