I need a little help to figure out why I'm getting this Delay notification.  We sent out an email to several people but the ones that are still sitting in the queue are the ones for bellsouth.net and satx.rr.com.  I can send emails to and from my gmail account with no problems.  Also sending to Yahoo hotmail and frontier.net accounts work fine.  Can someone point me to where to look as to why this is failing what log is this stored in and how do I enable it and check it.

Windows 2003 server on a windows 2003 server.

You need to check if your IP Is listed in the spam database, you can check it from www.dnsstuff.com. If it is listed then you will need to request for a removal which is a tedious process and will take a long time.
