Hello
we have exchange2000 ,isa 2004.
when trying to save some attachments like power point files or exe files using OWA, it start saving and take long time, then stops withthe error:
Internet Explorer can not download x.ppt from mail.mymailx.x. The operation time out error .
note:the file size is too small.
we dont have such problem with media files or doc files.
we dont have problem accessing attachments from LAN using either owa or outlook, this problem only with remote users.
recently we added a front end server (exchange 2003) and publish it, but still the same problem.
I think the problem related to ISA.
