This is my first post here, so be kind ;)

We have Exchange Server 2000 here in our org. A user had installed google desktop search
on their machine, no one else has ever sat at his machine and he has no other boxes besides his own attached to his outlook.

For some reason he is able to see email that is in other email boxes. I can't quite figure out why. He cannot see all messages, just certain ones.
I've verified that theres no priveleges that he has that others do not, but for some reason he can read emails that are in other email boxes.

Anyone have experience with this? Is there a way to prevent these desktop search engines from scouring other email boxes?

Thank you in advance.
