Hi,

I recently added a new user to the exchange server. They are able to login fine - the problem I am experiencing is that the mail account cannot resolve when
setting up the email as Microsoft Exchange.

If i use another user it is able to resolve - so it is not the computer.

I copied the profile from another user so everything is working ok except Microsoft outlook cannot resolve the mailbox.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is occuring ? - the only thing i can think of is user limitations.

The current server has 35 users and 75 mailboxes. - Is there an Exchange limit of 75 ?

P.S. I added a new user several weeks back with no problem.
