wkpowers -> Forword loop was detected (8.Jul.2006 1:22:10 AM)

A non-delivery report with a status code of 5.4.6 was generated for recipient rfc822;bemail@caprockpipelp.com (Message-ID <CPS01KsY8nLYOmftT9R00000066@mail.caprockpipelp.com>). Cause: A forward loop was detected by the categorizer. This is a common hosting configuration problem caused when someone uses the provisioning tool to create a contact in one organization unit and creates a user in a different organization user that share the same e-mail address. Solution: Verify that you do not have a user in organizational unit and a contact in a different organizational unit that have the same e-mail address.

This is what I've tracked down so far.

I setup this account as an archived email account. I was archiving emails to another account and was receiving the same errors. When I created this account, stopped the archiving on account B and started the archiving on this account the errors stopped for B and started on this one.  I get random numbers of errors also, sometimes 3 a day sometime 20. I have only one domain, a very simple setup.

Status code 5.4.6 means one using is probably using and Alternate Recipient with the same email address as a contact.  But no one uses this archive account; its only purpose is to serve as a location to archive incoming and outgoing emails.

If anyone can explain this to me or fix it that would be great.

Thanks,
