When do you get this error? During logon? And does it happen for all users? Are we speaking a single Exchange box? Did it work until you made a change?

It is happening for all users. It started either last night when I ran the add-adpermissions cmdlet from one of your other posts to enable imap, or this morning when I was messing with changing from 64 bit to 32 bit iis. (It's back on 64 bit now). I didn't try the webmail last night again so not sure if that did it.
I've also tried removing the client access role, and reinstalling it as well as removing the virtual directories using remove-owavirtualdirectory commands and then reinstalling the client access role.

I'm not sure what else to try...

It must be caused by the changes you did to IIS then, as the connectors on the Hub Transport server aren't associated with neither OWA or the CAS on which OWA is located.

You might want to bring up another server with CAS role installed (could be a virtual if you don't have the hardware), to see whether it works via that server.

You don't get any events in the application log, when you try to logon do you?
