we've had some issues with our backups the last couple days. theyve been failing because of a bad block that the information store is on and i remember it being suggested that a chkdsk needs to be performed on that block and a restore may need to be performed for the information store after the chkdsk.
now we have a successful information store backup from about 4 days ago but has failed ever since, and i think we've had successful mailbox backups up to last night....is it possible to restore the information store from 4 days ago then restore the mailboxes from last night? would the date difference be an issue?
any help would be appreciated, thanks!
