I have pure Win 2003 environment. I installed Exchange 2003 few days ago. Everything works fine, but I had to redeploy the whole configuration and I deinstalled Exchange Server. Deinstallation went little bit wrong, so I manually removed Exchange Server and my Exchange organization from AD using ADSI Edit.

Then I reinstalled MS Server 2003, joined it to my domain and start installing Exchange. And here the whole process stumbled - I receive strange message from "Microsoft Exchange Installation Wizard":

"The installation wizard will read information about the Exchange 5.5 site from an online server in the site you want to join. Type the name of any online server in the site.

Exchange 5.5 Server name: ___________"

And I am not able to go further. I have never had any 5.5-server!

Please!! Help!! Can anybody tell me, what should I do to deploy my Exchange in new organization?

Please, help.

Still some data from the previous configuration can be found in your NTDS.

Use ADSIEdit to check all objects.

Killerbe is right.  In exchange 2000/2003, there is container information under AD Sites/Services that you have to remove.  I can't remember the article off hand,  but you should be able to see the containers in ADSIedit under the services heading.
