I don't know why, but after add 5 users with the permission "Send As" , In two users I can't enable the "From field".

I'll try to post the picture here.
Any idea ?

I recall reading something about using Microsoft Word as the editor in Outlook causing that (Tools-->Options-->Mail Format). Can you check any of those five people to verify?

I'm checking my notes and searching Microsoft's website, but haven't come up with the explanation yet. Does changing the editor allow you to see the From Field?
