hey there,
the problem i m having relies only on client machines running windows 2000.
When deploying my new Exchange 2003 server, outlook 2003 on windows 2000 machines keeps on freezing and a connection with the exchange server cannot be established.

other machines running winXP with outlook 2003 do not have this problem at all.

i have tried logging in with a user account and an admin account but still the same result: outlook2003 freezing or in case it doesnt no data transfer with server..

the problem is solved, i only had to wait like 15min to get the connection established between the client and exchange server..

I am having similar problems

brand new exchange 2003 on windows 2003. Coorectly installed. I can connect fine with my xp windows machine,

on windows pro 2000 with outlook 2000 clients I sometimes can get a connection

when I upgrade to outlook 2003 on the windows 2000 pro machines I cannot get a connection.

I am at wits end all microsoft docs say this is compatible.

any ideas ?
