what is the best way to prevent the exchange from leaving the Email in the Q
and what are the Couses of this
if some one know please help

You mean why do messages get queued and how to force them? Messages can get queued for a number of reasons.

1. Issues with your domain controller
2. Issues contacting the third party domain
3. Being on blacklist rbl
4. Not setting your MX records corrrectly

Other reasons as well.

Thanks .
OK .. this also depend on weather the SMTP Server have a some kind of buttle neck
but I am new in exchange ... how can I determiate these couses????

Almost 90% of queuing times appear in my Exchange comes from my firewall rules error

1. Run Exchange Best Practice Analyzer + Performance Analyzer.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/downloads/2003/analyzers/default.mspx

2. Enter your domain name in dnsport.com. Note any errors and correct them. (Note note all errors probabaly need to be corrected)
