I'm have problem with sending e-mails...

We use 2 server with 2k3 Enterprise Server Op. system. On the first server run Active directory and Dns, on second server Exchange Enterprice pop3 mail server.
The users can receive and send internally mail. But when they tried to send a mail to an outside email adress we recive this message;

how can i fix this problem....
