Good morning,

Let me start by saying this was working a week ago and we moved our corporate office and now it isn't.  We have a cisco pix with a static inside outside forwarder for all smtp traffic and then we have a inside outside forwarder for our front end server hosting OWA and OMA, they point to information stores on our backend server.  Outlook webaccess is working fine.  If I go to https://server\oma it works- We have 6 PDA's 6700's and none of them are synchronizing now so I don't think it is the devices.  Can anyone give me an idea of what they think the issue might be?

Do you require SSL on your OWA installation?  That breaks A/S and requires a workaround.

There are some other suggestions here:

This is how I have things setup-
Default site-
Authentication methods -
Enable anonymous access is checked- with the ISS service account
and Intergrated Windows authentication checked-
For secure connections we have a registered certificate-

OMA - Authentication method is basic authentication-
Active sync basic authentication enabled-
Again it was working until we moved our office so I am kind of lost.

Have a look at the Virtual Directory named 'Exchange'.  Do you have SSL required on that?

Yes I have ssl required- and using basic authentication-

Requiring SSL on the Exchange VDir is what is breaking your A/S and OMA - they can only use plain HTTP to access it (Exchange is not just the OWA VDir - it is also used to access the Exchange Store using WebDAV).  You will need to remove the SSL requirement on Exchange, make sure that OMA and A/S now work okay, create a second VDir for OMA and A/S using this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817379 , and then re-enable the SSL requirement on Exchange.

I unchecked it- From the exchange virtual directory- and as I said I have an exchange front end server- so that article doesn't really help 8(

Ah, I forgot about the FE/BE setup.  In that case - it is the Back-end Exchange VDir that needs checking.  I assume that it doesn't have SSL required (otherwise OWA would work, either), but can you also check that it has both Basic and Integrated auth enabled.

If we already have the Active Sync vdir and the OMA vdir, by unckecking the SSL requirement, but not the exchange vdir ssl requirement, will the phones start synchronizing?

OMA and A/S will want to talk to the BE Exchange VDir on port 80, so SSL on Exchange is okay on the FE, but not the BE.
