To Anyone with an Answer...

We have a vendor in London, that is using a mail system that uses TLS Encription.  We just had our mail server upgraded from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2k3 a couple months ago.  This issue was supposed to be addressed by the Company doing the upgrade, and at the time it was, by creating a SMTP Connector that required TLS Encription.  I'm not too up-to-speed on Security Certs, but it appears that they requested a SMTP Sec. Cert. from our server, then issued a Sec. Cert. for our FQDN for our email server.  Basically, the trusted source is "Our Company", for which there is a Cert., and then the email server "smtp.xxxxx.xxx" has it's own Cert.  The mail server Cert. is good for 5 yrs.Very confusing busy.  The bottom line...the Cert. lasted for about a month and a half.  Now the connections fail due to the Cert. having expired.  Can anyone help with setting up a more permenant Cert.?

Thanks,
Bob
