Hi all,

Is it possible to configure my users to access their mailboxes via the webpage without installing OWA? Thanks

What do you mean "without installing OWA"? OWA is available on all Exchange 200x servers by default so no installation needed per se. Just go to http://server/exchange.

Sorry for the inadequate information. Specifically, can I access my mailbox without installing IIS and configure another Exchange 2003 server as a FE for remote users to access their mailbox?

No you must install IIS, IIS does more than just provide webmail services, it is a critical component for Exchange messaging and transport. Without IIS, your Exchange would not function correctly.
