zamby9 -> Dazed & Confused - 5.5 / 2003 W/AD (9.Dec.2006 9:31:32 AM)

Our current environment looks like this: AD 2003 - Mixed Mode Domain (West) Exchange 5.5 Mail System with all doamin associated accounts pointing to the West domain. We currently have about 3500 users with mailboxes on about 15 servers spread out across the western US. Our goal: We are creating a new AD Domain (Corp) We are going to be upgrading to Exchange 2003. We need this to be a phased migration. What is the best way to do this? My thoughts are to: Create the new AD (Corp). Create the new (consolidated) 2003 Exchange and use ADC to sycn between the 5.5 and 2003. Use Exchange Migration Wizard (or Priasoft, Quest, Etc) to move the mailboxes and create the new AD accounts in a phased rollout. Does anyone know if this would work or have a better solution for me?
