If you have remote laptop users hitting Exchange via RPC/HTTP, OWA users, or Mac / Linux users hitting Exchange, or domain workstation users that do not log off their computer for long periods you may want to look at this tool. http://www.sysoptools.com/password-reminder-pro.html
*Note- This is 3rd-party software, and it is free to use now (beta program) but will probably require purchasing later. I'm testing it now at my work, and IMO it is a pretty useful tool-
